If you are unable to keep your appointment:
Please contact us in advance to cancel or reschedule. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment:
You may have to eliminate part of your service or be asked to reschedule.

As a courtesy to the stylists and their time:
We will be charging a cancelation fee of 50% of the scheduled service if you cancel more than 3 times.  We will request a credit card number be kept on file.
